I have purchased from them several times over the years and always have been impressed with their quality and service. Camera bags are super protective and quality construction.

The size is perfect, there is enough room for my camera and lenses plus extra for those every day needs while out photographing! I love the side opening to quickly reach my camera. I do wish for more flexibility in setting up the camera compartment; for example, larger velcro patches along the outer walls allowing making your own areas in the compartment.

Service and delivery were prompt. Backpack holds all my camera gear, including my Canon 100-400mm and a water bottle on the belt, great for hikes. Should have done this a long time ago.

After 2 weeks of contacting and emailing via the dire website I finally received a return label for UPS, who managed to lose the return package. I never received any response from Lowe Pro when I requested that they find the package that they had sent via UPS and paid for. I have never received any refund on the returned goods.

Top notch quality, if the one I use now is any indication. I ordered two new items to serve as backup or replacement for a similar Lowepro belt loop carrying case that I have used daily for 2 years now (and still use). I don't use it for a camera--it carries my Dexcom G6 Continuous Glucose monitor. The quality of the original is top notch; I am hoping these two new ones (slightly different model) are of equal quality. Service was quick, with the items safely packaged.

Well constructed bag, however it is much smaller than expected. It is a struggle to get my Nikon Z7 with an L bracket in and out of the bag. Forget extra lenses except for possibly a small 50mm. So much potential, but nearly unusable for me.

Originally bought the 350 version but it was too small. Customer service was very helpful with refund. Only issue was the cost to repost, however it was my fault for ordering the wrong bag.
Build and quality of the bags are top class and well able to protect my very expensive camera equipment.

The Drone Backpack price was the cheapest price I found on the internet. The delivery was quicker than I expected; however, it was missing a key item. I contacted Lowepro on Monday morning and they arranged to ship a new one and sent me a return label for the one delivered. I received the replacement backpack that Thursday morning. That was some great customer service! I also love this backpack - it's perfect for my needs!

Bought this bag to hold a Nikon D5000, a Speedlight SB-700, and a 55-200mm zoom lens, plus batteries, filters, cables, and other accessories. Everything fits perfectly, and I have it all at my disposal as I’m out shooting. So far, the bag has survived Eastern Europe and the Baltics and met my every need. Great transaction, fast shipping. If you’re looking for a bag it fit a similar rig, then pull the trigger now.

When he bag arrived, I found it better than I thought. Its very spacious and fit my Air 2s fly more kit and accessories including RC pro controller. Even after that, there was more space on top compartment to hold lots if things. The water holder was also large enough to hold my 42oz water bottle yet small enough to hold it tight. The bag is light when emoty yet made with high quality materials. I would highly recommend!!

I was having trouble finding a camera bag that would fit a MacBook Pro 16" (2019). This one is working well so far. It is definitely a rigid bag and deep.

The side pockets are HUGE, they hold my 40 oz water bottle, I just run a carabiner through the tripod strap and then through the water bottle handle. Very secure.

I bought a camera bag that was advertised as being the right size for my camera. It turns out it wasn’t because the lens was too long. I wrote to get it exchanged! They don’t do them. Ok so I asked to return it. No problem send it back …… still no reply. Getting a bit silly now with the time it all takes. And doubting they are that bothered.
